Elizabeth Craig

DVM, Emergency + Critical Care

Dr. Elizabeth Craig earned her B.S. in Biology at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. However, studying biology wasn’t enough for her. Following her lifelong passion for animals, she become a registered veterinary technician at Charlotte Specialty Emergency Hospital while completing her undergrad studies. Realizing that nursing animals back to health was her life’s calling, she worked at Tuft’s University’s Small Animal ICU in Grafton, Massachusetts for two years post-graduation. She then attended Atlantic Veterinary College of Prince Edward Island, where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.

Her veterinary areas of interest include trauma, sepsis, and acute and chronic pain management. She’s also interested in respiratory diseases and immune mediated diseases.

Dr. Elizabeth Craig lives in a Los Angeles suburb with her husband, son, and pets: a one-eyed Scottie named Grace, a labradoodle mix named Simon, and two cats named Charlemagne and Nero. When she’s not with your four-legged best friends, she goes hiking and explores LA with her family on the weekends.
